Research Use Only

Riot Labs sells certain products that are intended for research purposes only. These products are clearly identified as such.

These research products are strictly for laboratory use. They are **not intended** for any other purposes, including but not limited to: in vitro diagnostic uses, food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, commercial purposes, general consumption, or any use in or on animals or humans. By purchasing these products, you affirm that you have the necessary qualifications, such as being a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician, or possess equivalent or higher academic certification. All such products are for laboratory and research activities exclusively.

Legal Compliance

The buyer agrees that any materials produced using products from Riot Labs will not be adulterated or misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and will not be materials that, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, are prohibited from entering interstate commerce. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and verify any hazards associated with using the products purchased from Riot Labs and to conduct any necessary further research to understand these hazards fully. In compliance with Federal Law, these products are **not** intended to be distributed into interstate commerce by an uncertified, unlicensed, or unregistered entity.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer agrees to follow all instructions provided by Riot Labs regarding the use of the products and to refrain from violating the stated prohibitive uses of these products in any manner.

 

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Riot Labs or any of its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, whether claimed under contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. Riot Labs assumes no liability in the form of compensatory damages or otherwise. By proceeding with a purchase, you waive the right to pursue litigation against Riot Labs (riotlabs.com). The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Riot Labs harmless from any claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities of any nature arising from the buyer's mishandling or misuse of any products sold here.

Regulatory Compliance

Riot Labs will not manufacture or sell products that are scheduled or controlled substances in Canada or the United States.

The buyer is responsible for researching and complying with the applicable state, federal, and international regulations of their country of residence.

Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Riot Labs and its current and future suppliers, agents, owners, shareholders, and employees against any and all losses, damages, and expenses, including legal fees and other costs, arising from any claim of negligence, contract breach, or other legal theories by the buyer, their officers, agents, employees, customers, or any other parties, whether directly or indirectly, related to the unsafe, improper, illegal, or unintended use of any products provided by Riot Labs. The buyer will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will comply with all local, state/province, and government regulations concerning the use of any product or service provided by Riot Labs.

At this time, Riot Labs ships merchandise globally. We offer domestic and international shipping through various carriers and methods. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the designated shipping carrier.
