Refund and Return Policy
Riot Labs does not offer refunds. However, if a product is damaged or lost during shipping, we will provide a replacement. To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer support team with the necessary details and evidence of the damage or loss.

 

Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 4 business days of receiving payment. Shipping is done through Canada Post for domestic orders and through international carriers for orders outside of Canada. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered can be legally shipped to their country. Riot Labs is not responsible for any customs issues or restrictions that may arise.
